We’re looking for those self-motivated individuals who want to be incentivised for performance, and not simply a number or another face in a large company. As an Electrician, you are a key member of the team managing the installation, repair, and service of the residential solar systems.
 

Specific Responsibilities include:

• Installing solar components such as inverters, meter sockets, disconnects, solar mounting rails, solar panels, optimizers, conduit and all related wiring.

• Troubleshoot issues and determine requirements

• Operate with safety as primary concern for team, customer and self

• Follow established procedures and processes

Job Requirements:

• Journeyman Electrician in Washington 02 - Residential or 01 - Commercial

• Professional appearance and personality

• Team player who can work independently

• Experience managing teams or working with apprentices

• Proficiency with app or web-based technology
